Culture Consulting is flexible in how our workplace culture tools and services are integrated into the client engagement plans of the consulting firms and internal consultants that we act as partners to. Our approach is to support other consultants with our expertise and experience to provide sustainable solutions to their client’s change management needs. We can work directly with the ultimate client or provide coaching and shadow consulting to our consulting partner.
Our services are divided into four areas.
Area 1. Briefings on Culture & Planning – Practical, up-to-date culture technology and detailed planning information is provided to ultimate client and members of the consulting team.
Area 2. Assessing Culture Tools – Differing approaches with increasing levels of employee involvement, scientific rigor and cost:
- Utilize validated set of culture identification questions in a range of data gathering methods
- Surveys, working sessions, focus groups and personal interviews with leaders and individual contributors.
- Can utilize intact survey or focus group results as sources of data or add culture questions into ongoing client surveys and focus groups
- Employ surveys in electronic and paper/pencil formats.
- Offer a state-of-the-art web-based survey for top managers
- Review organizational documents for clues to workplace culture.
- Identify differences in perceptions across employee groups
- Provide metrics to measure progress in culture change.

Area 3. Applying Culture Findings – Differing approaches to transfer awareness of how culture helps/hinders engagement objectives and recommended actions:
