Collaborative Process

Culture Consulting is flexible in how our workplace culture tools and services are integrated into the client engagement plans of the consulting firms and internal consultants that we act as partners to. Our approach is to support other consultants with our expertise and experience to provide sustainable solutions to their client’s change management needs. We can work directly with the ultimate client or provide coaching and shadow consulting to our consulting partner.

Our services are divided into four areas.

Area 1. Briefings on Culture & Planning – Practical, up-to-date culture technology and detailed planning information is provided to ultimate client and members of the consulting team.
